At this time I am only selling/shipping to the United States.
Free shipping to the USA is available (and automatically calculated through the shopping cart) when your product order reaches $95.00
All items must be purchased in the same order for discount to be effective.
Most orders should arrive to you within 8 BUSINESS days. (weekends not included in shipping time).
However, please allow 8-12 BUSINESS days to be sure.
If you are ordering around the holidays and need your item(s) by a certain date, please order early.
Embroidered items are usually shipped out to you within 5 business days. If you want me to embroider a custom design, that may take a couple extra days depending on the design. I can embroider almost anything on a shirt or bag. Just email me with your request.
The shopping cart calculates shipping/handling charges by the weight of each item. Nothing is perfect, and if I find the cart has grossly overcharged for shipping I will refund part of what was paid to make it fair.

ABOUT PACKAGING:
We reuse all boxes and packaging supplies that arrive to us in orders. This includes packing peanuts, plastic bags, etc. We hope you will do the same in order to keep these items out of landfills.
When reusable boxes are not available (when we run out of them) we use Priority Mail boxes from the post office. These are also reusable and recyclable.
The only exception is when an item is shipped to you directly from the company. We have no control over their shipping materials. But again, we hope you reuse and recycle all you can :o)
